Title:  Point of Sales Specialist

At Kellanova, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Point of Sales Specialist based in Madrid, to support our Iberia business, for both cereal and snacks categories. You’ll get the opportunity to join a team of passionate, creative people, with strong business acumen, where you’ll be responsible of the local end-to-end design adaptation, implementation, execution, tracking and post evaluation of the tools used across the multiple channels.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping integrated shopper plans, managing point of sales budgets, and ensuring seamless execution, in strong collaboration with the Point of Sales (POS) European Team. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing  


  • Business Planning Support - Ensure coverage of necessary POS tools to drive Iberia business development.
  • Integrated Shopper Plans - Assist in delivering fully integrated commercial shopper plans for brand customers.
  • POS Budget Accountability - Manage the brand’s POS shopper budget and warehousing.
  • Central POS Input - Provide timely and specific input to the central POS team regarding material and tools needed per channel and country.
  • POS Execution and Evaluation - Oversee the design, development, execution, and post-evaluation of POS activities.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • A university degree in business administration/economics/marketing.
  • FMCG experience and a solid grasp of total P&L and financial acumen, along with exposure to Trade Marketing or Field Sales departments.
  • The ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and partner effectively across teams.
  • The ability to take ownership and risks, be courageous, resolutive, with a high drive for results
  • Proficiency to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
