Title:  Junior Sales Support Specialist - 6 Months Contract

As a Junior Sales Support Specialist at Kellanova, based in Madrid, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations for a 6 months project, dedicated to supporting our Key Account Management (KAM) team with top-notch data management. The role’s key responsibilities focus on maintaining customer-related data within the TPM system, ensuring data integrity.

 

This role is perfect for you if you have strong data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning about sales operations in the consumer goods industry. Imagine working with iconic brands like Pringles and Coco Pops, where your contributions directly impact our success!

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer data, including pricing, promotions, product information, and contact details, in the TPM system.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to gather and analyse customer information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights from the TPM system to support KAMs.
  • User Support: Provide user support for the TPM system, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
