Title:  Human Resources Graduate Program (Beca) - 12 months program

Are you an enthusiastic graduate looking to explore how HR looks like in a multinational environment? As a Human Resources Trainee - 12 months contract in Kellanova (previously Kellogg’s) based in Madrid, you'll spend your time learning from the very best, and start laying foundations for your future career success in FMCG industry, with access to the world of HR and commercial.  

 

You will get real company experience, training from experts and coaching from top management! How? During the time with us you will be fully integrated into the Human Resources department and provide support to the HR Business Partner for Iberia, who will guide and equip you to success step by step. In an international context, you will be in close collaboration with the HR team based in Bucharest. So, are you ready to make it happen?

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Internal communication - You will animate our internal communities, participate in the organization of our internal events in close collaboration with our communication team.
  • Internship development program - You will be required to coordinate the internship development program and involve in the improvement process.
  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusion - You´ll have the chance to be involved in the organization of different activities together with other employees.
  • Talent agenda & Ad Hoc HR Projects - You will work in collaboration with the HRBR Iberia on subjects related to the trainee populations and their development and support various HR Projects depending on current events.
  • Personnel administration - You will be required to coordinate personnel administration in close collaboration with our HR Generalists and to propose innovative and effective solutions to improve our HR processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits - You will support various projects related to the compensation system.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A University Degree (fresh graduate) with a passion for Human Resources.
  • A structured, autonomous, organized attitude, with the ability to adapt and anticipate.
  • Analytical skills, coupled with curiosity and the drive to innovate.
  • Good command of Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with a touch of storytelling.
