Title:  Warehouse Head

Description: 

Are you passionate about food industry and logistics operation? Join our supply chain and operations team as Warehouse Head. You’ll be responsible to ensure the availability of material to correctly execute the production plans of two plants (RTEC WIPs and Snacks PWS) for KLA (Kellanova Latin America) and KNA  (Kellanova North America) based on an adequate inventory policy.

This role is located Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and is a full onsite role.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Production Plan Assurance: Ensure production plan by having the raw and direct material in stock.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure material inventory visibility to accomplish production plans.
  • Volume Reviews: Weekly IBP volume reviews short term (13 weeks).
  • Analytics: Capacity analysis by line (including requirements from different areas). Volume comparisons by month / YTD / YTG.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • 5+year experience in similar positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Food Engineering or related field.
  • Requires inventory and SAP experience, material planning.
  • Conversational English.
  • Strategic mindset, leadership and effective communication.
