Title: Manager, Human Resources, Linares Plant
Are you passionate about driving organizational success through people strategies? This role plays a critical part in enabling business performance by leading the human resources function within a manufacturing plant, ensuring a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. As an HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing full-spectrum HR processes while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
You will join the Supply Chain and Operations team, working closely with plant leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives. Based in Linares, this role offers the opportunity to influence culture transformation, strengthen employee engagement, and drive key HR initiatives that support operational excellence.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

HR Strategy & Business Partnership — Develop and implement people strategies aligned with global and regional objectives, acting as a key liaison between leadership and employees.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning — Lead recruitment, retention, and workforce planning initiatives while driving actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism.

Culture & Engagement Leadership — Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment that promotes engagement, development, and high performance across the organization.

Performance & Development Management — Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting continuous improvement and talent growth.

Compensation, Benefits & Labor Relations — Manage payroll, benefits, and labor cost budgets, ensuring compliance with business needs and labor regulations, including union relations.

HR Metrics & Decision Support — Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, engagement) and implement action plans to achieve targets.

Change Management & Compliance — Lead cultural transformation initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, and actively support crisis management when needed.
We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in HR leadership roles within manufacturing or operations environments.

Strong experience in labor relations, employee relations, conflict management, organizational culture, and performance management.

Hands-on experience partnering with operational leaders and supporting plant environments.

Experience leading or participating in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with experience managing HR metrics and KPIs.

Advanced level of English.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle confidential information, and lead through crisis or high-pressure situations.

Availability to travel (~30%).
