Title:  Maintenance Planner Jr

Description: 

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance? Join our operative area as a Maintenance Planner, where you’ll lead, coordinate and implement the spare parts warehouse service through human and financial capital management to ensure operational continuity of the plant. Seeks sustainability and compliance with safety, food safety, government requirements and Kellogg policies.

You’ll be In charge of the development of the operational staff to have a strong team in technical capabilities and assertive decision making to minimize impacts to production. In addition to generating improvement proposals for policies seeking to optimize maintenance expenses, as well as to improve indicators. This position is located in Linares

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

    • Quality Assurance: Responsible for verifying direct reports in compliance with Safety Seven, Gemba policies and programs aimed at injury prevention, illness and environmental sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with K Values and the belief that all injuries are preventable.
    • Operations Communication: Plan your area's variable budget and reconcile spending to provide visibility to ensure service indicators. Active member of DDS3 meetings.
    • strategic thinking: Participates in the creation of the Maintenance Budget. Coordinates with the purchasing department the best suppliers for maintenance. Deal with and develop maintenance service providers.
    • Continuous Improvement: Responsible for keeping supplier contracts up to date as well as their periodic review to comply with internal controls.

 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

    • Professional Career: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or related career.
    • Preferable skills in handling Microsoft office applications materials.
    • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
    • Budget management.
