Title: HR Operations Analyst
Join our dynamic Human Resources team at Kellanova Linares, where you’ll help deliver essential HR services that keep our organization running smoothly. As an HR Operations Analyst you’ll play a key role in managing personnel administration, supporting compliance, and ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based at our Linares Plant, offering the opportunity to collaborate with local HR leaders and cross-functional partners.
Our team is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with HR managers, payroll specialists, and labor experts to deliver high-quality HR services, drive process improvements, and support employee engagement initiatives.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Personnel Administration: Manage employee records, onboarding, contract execution, and documentation for payroll incidents.
- Service Delivery: Oversee HR-related services such as uniforms, cafeteria, transportation, and product sales, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management.
- Payroll & Attendance Support: Handle documentation for payroll incidents, clarify payroll questions for unionized employees, validate local bonus calculations, and support attendance and scheduling processes.
- Employee Records & Audit Support: Maintain accurate personnel files from hiring to termination and assist with internal and external audits.
- Employee Relations: Manage termination processes, ensure compliance with legal documentation, and support legal case management.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in HR administration or similar roles
- Experience managing HR systems and employee records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute work accurately
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Advanced English skills
