Title:  Key Account Executive

Do you enjoy building strong commercial relationships and driving results through strategic partnerships? Join our Commercial team as a Key Account Executive for Peru & Bolivia!

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the relationship with our distributors, ensuring the successful implementation of strategic and tactical business plans to grow our brands and expand market presence. You´ll directly manage 100% of the business in Peru&Bolivia—developing a winning partnership that drives profitability, increases numeric distribution, and delivers company targets.

 

You’ll also leverage customer and shopper insights to build robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and ensure alignment with mutual goals. This role is based in Lima, Peru

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Plan Execution and Prioritization: Ensures the implementation of the master plan and 5Ps strategy, aligning priorities with the Joint Business Plan (JBP).
  • Business Review and Investment Management: Leads monthly distributor reviews and manages trade investments according to financial guidelines.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Maintains strong distributor relationships to drive loyalty, reputation, and repeat business.
  • In-Store Execution and Sell-Out Monitoring: Secures stock availability and ensures brand presence and execution at the point of sale.
  • Operational Planning and Collaboration: Plans work efficiently and actively contributes to IBP with cross-functional teams.

 

 

 We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in consumer goods and distributor model
  • Experience managing distributors, modern and traditional trade
  • Knowledge of financial planning and reporting basics
  • Strong communication skills and Intermediate+ English
  • Background in the consumer goods industry preferred
