Title:  HR Production Scheduler

Description: 

As an HR Production Scheduler at our Kansas City Plant, you will play a crucial role in scheduling our hourly production staff. Your attention to detail and multitasking skills will be essential as you strategize on operating plans and drive forward-thinking initiatives that impact our bottom line. You’ll be part of a dynamic team known for its diverse perspectives and strong partnership with Shift Operations. This role will be on-site at the bakery and have a schedule of 2 PM to 10 PM during the week, with rotating weekends.

 

This position offers exciting opportunities to network with leadership and be involved in various HR and crew scheduling aspects. You will gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment that values efficiency and innovation, with opportunities to contribute to the plant's success.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Data-Driven Management—Reporting on HR metrics, performing personnel file maintenance, and administering leaves of absence.
  • Drive Efficiency—Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by accurately scheduling employees according to the plant’s collective bargaining agreements.
  • Collaboration is Key—Partner with Shift Operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $51,300 - $67,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
