Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager

Are you an engineering leader ready to take on high-impact capital projects that transform operations? As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of complex projects—planning, execution, and delivery—while driving innovation and operational excellence at our Jackson, Tennessee plant. This is an onsite role, giving you hands-on visibility and the chance to see your work come to life on the plant floor.
You’ll join a high-performing Corporate Engineering team that partners with plant leadership and cross-functional experts in Supply Chain, Process, and Packaging. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, influence over strategic decisions, and the opportunity to lead projects that set new standards for performance and safety.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Capital Projects – Lead the full lifecycle of capital projects, ensuring cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.
- Drive Financial Stewardship – Manage project justification, forecasting, and productivity metrics in alignment with company financial policies.
- Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with design engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution.
- Ensure Technical Excellence – Apply mechanical and electrical expertise to review designs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 6+ years of experience in capital project execution or 10+ years without a degree and a high school diploma/GED.
- Proven success leading large-scale capital projects under multiple contracting strategies.
- Direct experience supervising contractors and managing Engineering Service Providers.
- Strong technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and proficiency with AutoCAD
- Expertise in Microsoft applications and project management software
Compensation
The annual salary range is $136,600 - $179,340, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
