Title:  Key Account Manager - Retail

This role will give you the opportunity to work with and have a large impact on our Benelux business. You will have responsibility for building and driving our customers across the Netherlands Retail Landscape. You will be supporting accounts such as Plus, Dirk, Vomar and many others where you will have the autonomy to drive these accounts forward how you see best.

 

This is a hybrid position, which will see you be based in our energetic and vibrant Netherlands office in Hertogenbosch while also working in environments that suit you and your work life balance.  As well as the opportunity to develop your career and work with a fantastic and supportive team, the role provides some brilliant benefits including a 6% annual bonus with the opportunity to earn more based on both yours and the company’s performance, ), extra weeks’ pay in December, company car and other benefits including pension, health care and life insurance.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Building Relationships – Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Sales – Driving the category, preparing for negotiations, and giving accurate advice to customers on prices and promotions while working your accounts to drive and achieve growth.
  • Accountability – Analyzing the performance of your retailers and translating it into a business review. Building your own retailers P&L and make your own decisions.
  • Products – Accountability for all products within the business, including our world-famous Pringles brand and our brilliant cereals products.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience in Key Account Management.
  • You understand the Fast-Moving Consuming Good industry.
  • A proven results driven background and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency.
  • A Full drivers’ license.
