This hybrid Key Account Manager (Retail) role, based in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, is a chance to shape one of Kellanova’s larger retail accounts and energize customer performance across the Netherlands retail landscape. Powered by Kellanova’s Culture of Best and its portfolio of iconic, world‑class brands (Pringles, Kellogg’s Cereals…) we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference every day.
Working with a friendly, ambitious team, the Key Account Manager partners across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to turn plans into measurable results—within a flexible, hybrid way of working. You will contribute to Kellanova’s purpose‑driven impact, helping create Better Days and a place at the table for everyone while building long‑term value for customers and shoppers.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Client Journey: Manage the retailers end‑to‑end, guiding every funnel of the process from supply, promotion to in store-execution.
- Grow Accounts & Relationships: Build and execute customer‑specific account plans and joint business plans; expand share‑of‑wallet through confident negotiations and supportive, trust‑based partnerships that strengthen cross‑functional ties across the Dutch retail landscape.
- Lead the P&L & Forecast: Take full ownership of the account P&L; deliver sales targets; prepare retailer specific forecasts; execute and analyze promotions, and investment to maximize ROI and profitability.
- Analyze, Learn & Improve: Use data, category insights, and KPI tracking to diagnose performance gaps, identify opportunities, and recommend corrective actions that drive continuous improvement and category growth.
- Champion Execution Across NL Retail: Coordinate retailer activation together with our Activation team, demand planning, and RGM team to land initiatives brilliantly in‑store and online—aligning stakeholders to deliver agile, growth‑minded execution that reflects Kellanova’s Culture of Best.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Fluent Dutch speaking is necessary.
- FMCG experience working with smaller or larger brands.
- Experience working with retailers, within the Dutch retail landscape.
- Strong experience in Sales; trade marketing/marketing experience is an advantage.
- Education: Master’s degree in management, marketing or economics, engineering.
