Title:  Key Account Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced & ambitious Key Account Manager with a real passion for business, who wants to work for one of the biggest Food companies in the world and enable the business to drive positive sales growth results This Key Account management role will give you the opportunity to work with and have a large impact on our Benelux business, which includes several exciting high growth customers. You will have responsibility for building and driving customers in “emerging channels”. This channel is the growth engine for our business including customers within ‘out of home’, e-commerce, non-food retail, travel, and wholesalers. You will be responsible for some of the larger accounts in this channel.

This is a hybrid position, which will see you be based in our energetic and vibrant Netherlands office in Hertogenbosch while also working in environments that suit you and your work life balance. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Business Plans - Create and develop Customer Plans, lead year-end negotiations
  • Category Growth – Driving the category, and giving accurate advice to customers on prices and promotions while working your accounts to drive and achieve growth
  • Building Relationships – Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • New Business – Analyze and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in given category and/or with new channels and customers
  • Products – Accountability for all products within the business, including our world-famous Pringles brand and our brilliant Kellogg cereals products

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager (3-5 years)
  • Strong experience and understanding with FMCG
  • Experience as a Category manager/Trade marketeer is a Plus
  • Very good negotiation skills with proven track of success
  • Analytical, strategic, results-oriented, enterprising, self-confident
  • Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • A Full drivers’ license.
