Title: E-commerce Category Manager

As an E-commerce Category Manager in 's Hertogenbosch, Netherlands you will be part of the Benelux Revenue Growth & Category Management team, a team of 9 people based in Belgium (Zaventem) and in the Netherlands ('s Hertogenbosch). The role is based in the Dutch office (‘s Hertogenbosch), but will require travelling to the Belgian market on a regular basis.
For the role you will be responsible of a mix of building for the future and delivering on our current customers need within their Ecommerce business. You will be proactive in supporting our online businesses to ensure the Key Accounts offering online are correct while also looking at new businesses to partner with online. We want you to think financially, outside the box and have a blue-sky mentality around Ecommerce, this is your mini business to drive across BENELUX.

Here’s A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing
- Developing, presenting and executing the E-commerce strategy for our Benelux e-commerce channels and its customers, in line with the Benelux priorities.
- Being the external key contact for E-commerce and establishing strong customer relationships.
- Driving the E-commerce Support Strategy: identifying and optimizing the required tools. You are responsible for liaising and planning with your key internal stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Growth Management & Marketing) and external stakeholders.
- Managing and optimizing the Digital shelf: having the right assortment and positioning and ensuring digital shelf excellence.
- Optimizing the customer journey
- Performance Analyses & Presentations
Your Recipe For Success
- Education: Master’s degree in business
- A previous experience in E-commerce in the FMCG sector in the Netherlands and/or Belgium
- Good knowledge of the Benelux Food Retail landscape and the E-commerce channel in particular
- Strong Analytical skills & a passion for Data
- Strategic Mindset
- Pro-active with a Can-Do mindset
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Good knowledge of P&L management (Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, )
- Strong proficiency in Panel data & Retail Insights Tools (e.g. Nielsen, IRI & GFK, SIS, … )
- Languages: fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Driver’s license B
