Title:  Customer Service Associate

Description: 

Are you ready to be part of an inspiring and high-performing team while driving operational excellence? Join Kellanova as a Customer Service Associate, where you will play an essential role in managing customer orders. This hybrid position, based in our Netherlands office in 's-Hertogenbosch, involves overseeing order management, communicating supply chain issues to customers, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure outstanding service. This is a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible, where you will be part of the Customer Services Logistics Benelux Team.

 

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Ensure Optimal Results - You will deliver consistent and proactive order management and customer service support to Vendor Managed Inventory customers, while also managing orders for other Benelux customers.
  • Analysis - Analyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and develop solutions to address customer logistics, order fulfillment, and transportation issues, while also identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction - You’ll provide timely updates to customers throughout the order management lifecycle, including information on projected service levels, delivery delays, and product shortages, while confirming the availability of alternative delivery slots and product substitutions.
  • Collaboration Is Key - Collaborate efficiently with upstream and downstream functions, as well as third-party service providers, to ensure accurate and timely order processing, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • A first experience or an internship in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Success Associate role
  • Experience working in a shared service, process driven or service center environment for a multinational organization, working with colleagues internationally
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office with an Excel advanced level
  • You speak both Dutch and English
