Title: Junior Digital Market Activation Manager (m/w/d)
As the Junior Digital Market Activation Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract based in our Hamburg, Germany office, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing programs and social media strategies for our beloved brands – Kellogg’s, Cheez-It, and Pringles. You’ll bring fresh, creative ideas to digitally activate these brands, ensuring they resonate with our audiences across platforms. Your role will involve crafting impactful campaigns that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
You will report directly to the Market Activation Lead DACH and collaborate closely with both the DACH Marketing Team and the Regional Marketing Team. This cross-functional partnership will be key to aligning local initiatives with broader regional strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Social Strategy – Implement and manage the social media strategy across the Cluster and European HQ, ensuring alignment and tracking performance through key KPIs.
- Activating Digital Campaigns – Develop and execute digital activations for central, local, and market-specific initiatives to drive engagement.
- Collaborating Across Teams – Work closely with local teams, agencies, and European counterparts to manage stakeholders and deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Shaping Brand Communications – Contribute to brand planning by integrating social media opportunities that build consumer advocacy.
- Managing Digital Execution – Own the delivery of digital activations and ensure brand websites are current and aligned with campaign messaging.
- Tracking Trends & Innovation – Monitor emerging social media trends and digital tools, identifying opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Measuring Impact – Analyse campaign performance, report on effectiveness, and optimize future social media initiatives.
- Driving Consumer Insights – Monitor online communities and competitor activity to extract insights and inform strategy.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A master’s degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Digital Marketing.
- Initial experience in marketing within FMCG or agency environments, with an understanding of corporate dynamics.
- Hands-on experience in operational social media management and paid media strategy.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a drive to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive, analytical, and independent mindset, with a quick learning ability and enthusiasm for driving results.
