Title: Customer Service Associate (m/f/d) - 8 months contract
Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We’re looking for a Customer Services Associate for DACH (m/f/d) within Supply Chain department to hit the ground running in Hamburg, Germany and help us provide consistent and proactive Customer service support. This role is for 8 months contract.
This role reports to Customer Service Manager.
We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, allowing you to divide your time between our modern office in Hamburg’s old town and your home office.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Provides proactive, timely & professional day to day order entry and order management.
- Partners with internal and external Customers at all levels to provide exceptional Customer service.
- Acts as a single point of contact for assigned Customers and Sales team members.
- Manage fulfilment of Customer orders to ensure consistent and reliable performance from order placement to order receipt
- Identifies trends, perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions to resolve Customer logistics, order fulfilment, and transportation issues.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- University degree or successful apprenticeship or experience
- Customer relationship management experience
- Computer skills, including experience with ERP/SAP systems and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Customer relationship management principles including customer service and related activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Navigate SAP ERP modules, including Master Data, Order to Delivery, Return Transactions, Order Management (previous experience is highly valued)
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - advanced
- Languages: Proficient English and German level
