Our colleagues in the Revenue, Sales and Category Development team are looking for a Category Development & Revenue Growth Manager DACH.


 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

You will define the DACH pack-price-architecture for certain subcategories within our portfolio by exploring strategic and tactical pricing initiatives, as well as monitor their implementation. You will be also making sure that our innovation pipeline and other commercial initiatives enable a profitable and sustainable business in DACH.

  • PPA / PRICING – driving potential pack-price initiatives via competitive analysis and consumer research incl. simulation of volume expectations, trade investment optimization and incremental opportunity assessment. Post-initiative monitoring of value realization, pricing and elasticities.
     
  • INNOVATION – shaping multi-year portfolio strategy by commercially evaluating potential innovations incl. pricing recommendation, route to market strategy, rotation assumptions and other.
     
  • INSIGHTS – building strong business insights in order to drive on-going engagement plans based on clear strategic recommendations at category, brands, product and customer level.
     
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT – building strategic partnerships within DACH and towards European Central Business Unit, representing detailed market understanding and its respective needs.
     
  • CATEGORY EXPERT – becoming an expert of the category responsible for and advising other departments (incl. Market Activation and Sales Development) in terms of commercial initiatives i.e. limited editions, co-packed items and other.

 

Your Recipe for Success

 

  • Strong commercial acumen paired with Revenue Growth Management knowledge (gained from 3-5 years’ experience in Account Management, Revenue Growth Management or similar roles, ideally in FMCG)
  • Affinity for analytics and reporting as well as consumer insights
  • You prefer cross functional and cultural collaboration and effective partnering for results
  • You prefer to deliver results, own your own tasks and feel accountable
  • You prefer to work and think strategically incl. a balanced long and short term view in solution formulation
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of German an advantage)
