Title:  HFS Team Lead


If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Commercial team as a High Frequency Stores Team Lead. You’ll be responsible for managing the distribution model and strategies to bring profitable and sustainable results to the organization. You will be in charge  P&L, sales KPIs such as Numerical distribution, Sell in, Sell Out, picture of success, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit and collection of business expenses and implementation plans. This hybrid role is located in Guayquil or Quito with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office – subject to change. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Team Management: Lead a high-performance team to achieve organizational goals and develop expertise in selling, negotiating, and managing complex customer situations.
  • Budget and Strategy Execution: Lead the Customer TS budget to execute brand strategy, prioritizing customers to achieve targets.
  • Customer Strategy Understanding: Understand customers’ strategies, priorities, and needs that impact in-store operations to build strong commercial plans.
  • Channel P&L Responsibility: Manage the channel's P&L, sales KPIs such as Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending, and commercial plan implementation.
  • Road to Market Leadership: Lead and propose the country's Road To Market model, considering the diversity of areas and cultures.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering careers or related.
  • 6+ years of sales experience; fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience within FMCG Companies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; highly competitive and self-motivated.
