Title:  Sales Representative

Description: 

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as an Sales Representative. You will be responsible for analyzing and comprehending information, dynamics and needs to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and negotiate commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade). Ensure a flawless execution at point of sales of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure.

 

This position is located in Guadalajara, Mexico. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days you’re in the office, no matter which office you’ll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we’re all so proud to represent.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Identify Opportunities: Identify Opportunities to increase the rotation of products at point of sale by visiting premises of their customers and giving commercial feedback.
  • Sales bargaining and achieve sales goalsTrading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts, monitoring of compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory and perform business reviews with customers in their territory to strengthen the business relationship with their customers.
  • Points of sale implementation: To ensure the implementation of the business plan of the company / channel / business environment in the territory points of sale charge, monitor progress of the implementation of activities to generate demand (through reports generated for consultation) and generate good business relationship with the managers of the different business environments to increase the participation of categories in which it participates.
  • Leadership: Align priorities and initiatives by Retail Environment with the merchandiser’s agency and identify development opportunities for external merchandisers to solicit the agency training programs for them.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of business experience in Sales and working with Distributors.
  • Specific Experience Managing Commercial Teams.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS Distributors and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
  • Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
  • Intermediate English
