Title: Retail Execution Coordinator Senior
Are you passionate about Sales? Come join the Sales team as a Retail Execution Coordinator Senior. You’ll be responsible for the territory development and growth behind commercial plan implementation, in Self Service leading a Team of Supervisors and Merchandisers while in HFS, ASP & Food service accounts through business proposals and plans to ensure sustainable growth.
This remote role is located in Guadalajara, México. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure Commercial Plan Execution: Implement and enhance POS KPIs in line with company goals, ensuring strong alignment between the team, supervisors, and merchandisers.
- Customer Development: Create business proposals and sustainable plans to develop customers, generating engagement and trust with customers and retail chains.
- Customer Focus: Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers at the point of sale (POS) and with local accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Deliver Data-Driven Business Proposals: Create and present business proposals based on thorough data analysis, identifying and communicating insights and opportunities within the assigned zone.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- +2 years working as Sales Representative for CPG Companies, experience with local accounts being responsible of allowances and budget achievement
- Proven data capabilities Excel, Power Point, Word
- Driven license mandatory
