You’ll be responsible for steering commercial initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating insights into actionable plans that elevate performance and profitability across key territories.

 

Champion the deployment of Road To Market strategies plans, ensuring alignment with financial and operational KPIs. Monitor execution of the 5Ps across channels, leveraging resources efficiently to maximize impact. Empower field teams through coaching and data-driven decision-making to unlock sustainable growth.

 

This role is located  in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of HFS strategies and commercial plans across assigned branches, ensuring alignment with financial and operational KPIs.
  • Sales Performance Management: Oversee sales execution within the territory, guaranteeing effective deployment of the 5Ps and optimal resource utilization to drive growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular business reviews to assess plan compliance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions that enhance execution and results.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise sales supervisors and representatives, analyze performance metrics, and establish improvement plans to elevate team productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure high-quality service delivery and foster strong relationships with key customers, supporting negotiation efforts and long-term business development.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize commercial data and field intelligence to inform decision-making, adapt strategies, and proactively respond to market dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multifunctional teams to synchronize commercial efforts, streamline execution, and unlock new growth opportunities within the branches.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Related
  • +7 years of experience in sales and sales operation
  • Strategic thinking and analysis
  • Strong forecasting, finance and budgeting skills
  • Fluent communication skills spanish and english (65%)
  • Self motivated and teamwork
