A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead with Impact - Take charge of meeting and exceeding the annual warehouse budget.
  • Operational Excellence - Oversee all inbound/outbound activities, warehouse operations, internal product movements, shipping, transportation, and the team that supports you.
  • Safety and Efficiency - Prioritize food and people safety, manage warehouse costs, create budgets, report on gaps, develop action plans, ensure on-time loading, and handle inventory management.
  • Build Strong Partnerships - Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance our logistics operations.
  • Support Production - Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless logistics for production lines and adapt swiftly to changing production needs.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • High School diploma/GED with significant relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage people effectively.
  • Understanding of logistics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous warehouse management experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage people in a fast-paced, 7-day-per-week operation.

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $129,700 - $170,205, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
