Title:  Hire to Retire Delivery Director

Description: 

As the Hire To Retire (HTR) Delivery Director, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in HR operations for the North America region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless delivery of region-specific HTR processes. This includes defining and delivering key operating metrics that align with organizational needs, allowing us to measure success and continuously improve and transform our services.  With oversight of approximately 40 employees, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Kellanova North America (KNA) Region Center HTR teams to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.  This role is hybrid, with in office requirements during the first two weeks of each month at our Grand Rapids, MI office.

The HTR Delivery Director combines technological savvy, strategic vision, operational acumen, and people leadership to elevate HTR processes and contribute to organizational success.  We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about shaping employee experiences!

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Metrics and Performance – In consultation with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Delivery Lead, you’ll define and deliver key operating metrics that support organizational goals.  Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and drive improvements.  Lead the budget and savings initiatives for the KNA HTR team.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and develop the KNA Region Center HTR teams.  Foster a high-performing culture by nurturing diverse and innovative ways of working.  Uphold Kellanova values and ensure the team demonstrates HR capabilities and competencies.
  • Technology and Transformation – Identify ways to enhance efficiency and transform experiences with HTR, working alongside the HTR Transformation Lead.  Implement best practices and drive positive impact across the organization.
  • Collaboration – Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership, you’ll work closely to achieve operational excellence and elevate HR services.  This collaboration ensures consistency across regions and supports organizational goals.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • High school diploma with experience commensurate with the role
  • Proven leadership experience in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to work extended work hours as needed on a global team
  • Skilled in communication, change management, and leading teams through transformation
  • Proficient in budgeting, vendor management, and consulting
  • Strong relationship building skills with a track record of influencing at all levels of an organization

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $185,500 - $243,495, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
