Title: Finance Analyst
Join our Global Business Services team as a Finance Analyst where you’ll partner directly with corporate and plant operations to drive financial accuracy, insight, and performance. This role is essential to the financial health and operational excellence of two small to medium-sized plants. You’ll work cross-functionally across departments, combining analytical skills and strategic insight to influence decision-making and support the month-end and product costing cycles. The position is hybrid, with in-office work every Wednesday at the Grand Rapids, MI location.
Reporting to the Associate Finance Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Plant Controllers, you will serve as a key liaison between Internal Finance and Business Partners. You’ll also be a catalyst for process improvement and standardization efforts, while ensuring financial operations meet established service level expectations.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Costing & Operational Analysis – Partner with business functions to support product costing, track variances, and evaluate plant performance.
- Building Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with internal finance and business teams to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets and drive results. You’ll provide analytical support, solve problems, and present insights that help achieve shared goals. We grow by learning and succeeding together.
- Process Improvement & Standardization – Lead or support initiatives to identify and implement process improvements and standardization opportunities.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective decision making and clear communication abilities.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $62,500 - $82,005, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
