Title:  Sales Representative

Description: 

As a Sales Representative, you will generate new business and maintain relationships with existing customers in mid to southern Jutland. This role involves conducting face-to-face client visits, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. While a significant portion of your time will be spent engaging directly with customers, you’ll also play a vital role as a member of an eight-person team, reporting directly to our sales leader.

 

In addition to these duties, this role provides an opportunity to showcase our Kellogg and Pringle brands, contributing to value creation and growth for both Kellanova and our customers.  Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role, whether it's climbing the career ladder in your current area or other business functions. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Customer Engagement - Conduct regular visits to existing retail clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Expansion - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence in the assigned territory.
  • Sale Strategy Development - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth in the region.
  • Customer Education - Provide product education and training to retail staff to increase product knowledge and enhance sales performance.
  • Market Feedback & Analysis - Collect and report market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experienced in FMCG sales with a proven track record and demonstration in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach to ensure we’re building impactful relationships with our customers.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
  • Proficient in PC usage, analyzing sales figures, and managing budgets.
  • Language proficiency: Native Danish speaker with professional-level English skills.
