Junior logistics quality analyst

 

Are you passionate about logistics and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Supply Chain team as a Junior logistics quality analyst.  You’ll be responsible for supporting packaging and transportation inspections, communicating quality deviations, and contributing to short-term corrective actions.

 

You will also participate in product damage evaluations and help control material flow through quality holds. This role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their professional journey who are eager to develop their skills in logistics, quality systems, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This role is located Querétaro, Méxco.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support in quality control for packaging and transportation: Supports packaging and transportation inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards. Also assesses damage during shipping and storage, controlling material flow through the placement of holds or blocks when necessary, ensuring product integrity throughout the logistics chain.
  • Communication and corrective action for quality deviations: Communicates quality deviations to operations leads as identified during inspections and actively contributes to the proposal and implementation of short-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Implementation of food safety and product quality systems: Leads food safety systems and promotes continuous improvement, while also implementing and supervising quality standards to ensure compliance with product specifications at all operational stages.
  • Customer complaints investigation and continuous improvement: Leads customer complaint investigations and executes corrective action plans, promoting a continuous improvement culture within logistics, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and reducing recurring issues.
  • Monitoring and documentation of Quality performance: Maintains up-to-date documentation of inspections, testing, and results, participating in internal and external audits and ensuring traceability of quality actions across warehouse and transportation processes.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields
  • Desired: 1-year experience in similar role or professional internship.
  • Intermediate English level (able to understand and interpret manuals or global policies).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (able to present and summarize information using Excel and Power BI)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
