Title:  Sustainability Senior Manager

Here at Kellanova we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager who will play a pivotal role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Kellanova’s EU social and environmental sustainability strategy; our Better Days Promise™.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Agenda Delivery - Delivering, in partnership with other functions, a distinctive agenda on our Better Days food insecurity programmes throughout Europe, including Breakfast Clubs and Food Donations.
  • Providing Support - Supporting the Sustainability Director in the deployment of strategic partnerships around sports and agriculture, with a focus on delivering concrete impact and measurement on the 4 pillars of the Better Days programme.
  • Create Engagement Opportunities - Create and deliver opportunities for our employees to actively engage with our Better Days agenda.
  • Enable Commercialization - Enables the commercialization of our Better Days program with key customers to support our growth agenda and deliver meaningful commercial partnerships.
  • KPIs - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social and environmental impact programme.
  • Delivering Framework - Deliver, in partnership with the R&D teams, an innovation / renovation framework that future proofs our business and progresses the wellbeing of our food.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Proven experience in a corporate sustainability/sustainable development position.
  • Strong program management and administration experience within the area of social impact.
  • A passion for sustainability and a vision for a better future for the next generations.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Existing and relevant stakeholder relationships, demonstrated leadership and management skills, industry knowledge, and experience with sustainable development topics.
