Title:  Senior Marketing Operations Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented, process-driven marketing professional? Then this role within our Marketing Operations team in Kellanova could be for you! We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Assistant to support content delivery across multiple European markets. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with agencies, financial teams, and production experts to bring top-tier marketing campaigns to life. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our EUHQ in Dublin

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead—Drive marketing campaigns that leverage consumer insights and align with business objectives.
• Manage—Oversee adaptation and transcreation across various marketing channels to ensure consistency.
• Optimize—Implement best practices in marketing operations to enhance efficiency across content production, advertising agencies, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate—Work alongside production consultants to evaluate and approve campaign production estimates.
• Oversee—Manage financial budgets related to campaign content localization.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• 2+ years of experience in a digital or advertising agency (content production experience is a plus)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives forward.
• Financial management expertise, including experience handling budgets and advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of Martech solutions for content creation is an advantage.
