Title:  Senior Manager Procurement Finance

This hybrid opportunity, based in Dublin, Ireland, will see Kellanova’s European Procurement Senior Finance Manager become the key strategic Finance Manager and trusted Business Partner to the senior Procurement team, supporting a diverse spend portfolio of approximately $2bn. The role will combine commercial thinking, financial leadership and sharp analytical insight to identify net savings opportunities and influence decisions across Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Co-Manufacturing. 

Working at the heart of Finance and Procurement, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, the successful candidate will bring clarity to complex financial performance, turn data into meaningful commercial insight and partner closely with Category Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver category strategies and sustainable value.  

Alongside driving results, they will lead and develop a small team, creating an inclusive, supportive environment where people can grow, contribute and perform at their best, reflecting Kellanova’s focus on accountability, collaboration and employee wellbeing.  

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

• Driving Procurement Financial Performance: Take accountability for the financial delivery of Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Co-Manufacturing, ensuring financial commitments are understood and achieved. They will use robust financial analysis, performance reporting and commercial insights to identify risks, opportunities and value creation across the European spend portfolio.  

• Leading and Developing Talent: Lead a team of three direct reports, providing clear direction, coaching and support while creating opportunities for development and progression. They will nurture a winning, collaborative culture that values accountability, belonging and wellbeing, empowering the team to deliver exceptional results.  

• Strategic Business Partnering: Build trusted relationships with Procurement leaders, Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing a confident Finance perspective to key commercial decisions. By combining strong stakeholder management with commercial acumen, they will challenge constructively, influence strategic choices and help turn procurement strategies into measurable financial value.  

• Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning: Own the Area Budget, month-end results, in-year forecasts and long-term strategic planning across purchase price variance (PPV), procurement savings and cash flow. They will translate complex performance and variances into clear, actionable insights that strengthen forecasting accuracy and keep teams focused on delivering commitments.  

• Creating Sustainable Value: Take ownership of key procurement finance processes, bringing visibility to year-on-year financial impacts and helping drive sustainable savings through pricing and commercial decision-making. With a continuous improvement mindset, they will simplify and standardise processes while promoting best-in-class Finance Business Partnering practices.  

We’re Looking for Someone With 

• An ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, together with significant post-qualification experience.  

• Strong financial analytical capability, particularly analysing variances to plan, budgets, forecasts, PPV, savings and cash flow.  

• A proven track record of successfully leading, coaching and developing a team and growing talent.  

• Excellent Finance Business Partnering, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful commercial insights and support senior decision-making. 

• A strategic, commercially focused mindset, with the confidence to identify risks and opportunities, drive alignment and deliver results within a complex, fast-paced environment. FMCG or manufacturing experience, alongside SAP or strong financial systems capability, would be advantageous.
