Title: Senior EU Account Manager
Are you ready to shape the future of one of the fastest-growing retail channels in Europe? Kellanova is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior EU Account Manager to lead the charge in driving sustainable growth across key European discounter accounts.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract hybrid role, based in our vibrant Dublin office, that offers the opportunity to make a real impact by managing strategic accounts and supporting the delivery of KPIs across the entire EU Hard Discount landscape.
As part of our high-performing Sales team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities, optimise performance, and bring bold ideas to life. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Commercial Success: Deliver the targeted Kellogg’s KPIs for EU Hard Discount customers by developing and executing robust commercial plans that align with our strategic goals.
- Strategic Leadership: Recommend and implement the European strategy and business plans for the Hard Discount channel, driving alignment across markets and functions.
- Negotiation Excellence: Lead the preparation for all international EU Hard Discount negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes and long-term value creation.
- Performance Management: Own the tracking and analysis of performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of plans across the region.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- 10+ years of FMCG industry experience in a commercial, preferably customer-facing role
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills – critical for success in this role
- Proven ability to handle AC Nielsen, IRI, and GFK data with confidence
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly beneficial
