Title:  KEU Senior Warehousing Manager

Description: 

As a European Senior Warehouse Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence across our European warehouse network by leading efficiency improvements, managing high-performing 3PL partnerships, and supporting logistics success. You’ll oversee 3PL performance across multiple sites, using KPIs and SLAs to meet safety, quality, cost, productivity, and service targets, while also contributing to warehouse network studies and supporting vertical startups to ensure they meet success criteria.

 

Reporting to the KEU Logistics Director, you’ll work closely with senior peers, internal stakeholders, and external providers to ensure smooth execution of logistics strategies. Leading a team of four Distribution Managers, you’ll bring strategic leadership and a continuous improvement mindset. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working model combining remote and on-site work.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • 3PL Partnership Management – Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Warehouse Strategy Execution – Lead the development and implementation of warehouse operations across multiple European sites.
  • Cost & Budget Ownership – Control warehouse budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance.
  • Performance & KPI Tracking – Monitor key metrics and SLAs to ensure high standards in safety, quality, productivity, and service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with teams across procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing to align operations.
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership – Champion change initiatives and apply industry best practices to enhance logistics performance.
  • Centre of Excellence Deployment – Act as regional COE lead for CI-PO, implementing new standards and coaching functional leaders.
  • Team Coaching & Development – Lead and mentor Distribution Managers and COE stakeholders, fostering growth and operational excellence.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Hands-on experience in logistics operations, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams within complex, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of logistics cost structures and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing third-party logistics providers (3PL)
