Title:  Integrated Planning Manager, Cereals

Looking for a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration?  If so, you’ve come to the right place!  As an INTEGRATED PLANNING MANAGER - CEREALS in our EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS, we’ll a key contributor to the European Export business processes, End to End Platform & Portfolio teams as the Subject Matter Expert for the Platform – Short-Medium Term time horizon.

 

Your role will be a Hybrid role, based 2 days a week from the Dublin office, with some travel expectations.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Sets the short-term service, supply & production strategy agenda across all Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure seamless execution and delivery of SKU changes and best in class Customer Service for the Platform.
  • Establishes and develops strategic plans and activities to drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to our Customer Delivery strategic goal of “Best in Class Service through reliability, flexibility and innovation execution”, utilising the immediate team and the Supply Capability team members.
  • Is the key member of the European End to End & Portfolio teams, driving the decision making process and the successful planning and execution across the Supply Chain areas.
  • Leads the Supply Planning team for the designated market cluster, ensuring the organisation structure is set up for success, provides direction and leadership to offer opportunities for success and career development to direct reports.
  • Influences stakeholders in Category, Marketing, Sales, and Finance in the development, approval and execution of Integrated Planning initiatives.

 

Your Recipe for Success

 

  • 5 years of experience, having held roles as part of a Supply Chain management team, ideally within FMCG sector
  • Demonstrates high level influence, communication and negotiation and strategic management skills
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain operations, especially in key areas such as Planning, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Language skills – English
