Your role in the Corporate Services team will be hybrid, with a minimum of 2-3 days per week from our Dublin, Ireland office and the remainder working from home.  This role will require around 25% travel to our sites.  The opportunity offers many excellent benefits for you including annual bonuses, summer hours, company car allowance and flexible working.  With the strong visibility that this role will have within the business, there are significant opportunities within this role to progress further within our Corporate Service and Facilities Management team.


A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Cost Accountability – You will grow the integrated facilities management portfolio and focus on driving savings, improving service, reducing dilapidation and operational costs, and improving accountability within distribution centres.
  • Regional Budget responsibility – Managing the development of regional budget and capital plan as part of global facilities management process and execute end-to-end project management for approved capital projects.  Approximately €2 million euro in annual operational budget and €2 million euro in annual capital plan.
  • Global presence – Contribute to the global facilities management, workplace, project management and real estate service strategies and annual plans, aligning and executing the regional plans with the global plans.
  • Stakeholder Management – Coordinate Kellanova European Stakeholder requirements and business demands, relevant to facilities services and workplace solutions and utilize best practices to deliver continuous improvement.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Facility Management delivery, workplace solutioning and project management experience required.
  • Ability and experience in providing efficient, timely and reliable services to customers.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to enable us to turn insights into actions.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
