Looking for a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration? If so, you’ve come to the right place! We’re looking for a Head of Sales, Ireland to deliver the UKI strategy through effective retail partnerships and executions.

 

You will play a key role in delivering business targets via effectively managing a team and senior customer relationships within the Irish market. You will be tasked to build a strong and sustainable relationship to ensure a profitable development of all Kellanova brands with a huge passion and hunger for developing the future commercial talent pipeline.

This is a hybrid role based out of our wonderful European Head Office, Dublin and working from home or wherever best suits you.

Here’s A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing 

 

  • Managing key KPIs to deliver a best in class service to all stakeholders
  • Execute defined customer priorities at a national level.
  • Drive motivation and personal development of each team member
  • Achieve annual targets on sales, customer level (NSV, trade spend, GP) 
  • Implement Kellogg Marketing strategies and work closely with RGM Team
    • Improve customer relationship and build distribution for whole Kellogg assortment.
    • Ensure accurate reflection of plans and volumes in planning systems
    • Oversee annual negotiations and optimize output.
    • Ensure implementation of agreed plans and actions
    • Excellent execution of marketing and customer plans  

 

Your Recipe For Success

 

  • More than 10 years of experience in a FMCG environment and Account Management
  • Exceptional understanding of the Irish trade environment and Account Manager ways of working
  • Great trade economic and communication/presentation capabilities
  • Entrepreneurship combined with a ‘hand on mentality’
  • Appropriate level, active industry network
  • High degree of results orientation, focus of delivering quarterly results and organising to win
  • Strong academic background
  • Good relationship with top Irish retail customers
  • Proven team management skills and knowledge in leading a team
  • Fluent English skills
