Title: Head of Sales Ireland - FTC 12 months
Looking for a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration? If so, you’ve come to the right place! We’re looking for a Head of Sales, Ireland on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to deliver the strategy through effective retail partnerships and executions.
You will play a key role in delivering business targets via effectively managing a team and senior customer relationships within the Irish market. You will be tasked to build a strong and sustainable relationship to ensure the profitable development of all Kellanova brands with a huge passion and hunger for developing the future commercial talent pipeline.
This is a hybrid role based out of our wonderful European Head Office, Dublin, and working from home or wherever best suits you.
Here’s A Taste of What You Will Be Doing
- Managing KPIs: Deliver a best-in-class service to all stakeholders.
- Executing Customer Priorities: Execute defined customer priorities at a national level.
- Driving Team Motivation: Drive motivation and personal development of each team member.
- Achieving Annual Targets: Achieve annual targets on sales, customer level (NSV, trade spend, GP).
- Implementing Marketing Strategies: Implement Kellanova Marketing strategies and work closely with the RGM Team.
Your Recipe for Success
- Over 10 years in FMCG and Account Management
- Extensive knowledge of Irish trade environment and account management practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and trade economic skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach
- Active industry network and solid relationships with top Irish retailers
- Results-oriented with focus on quarterly targets and strategic planning
- Proven team leadership and management expertise
- Strong academic credentials and fluency in English
