Title:  HR Business Partner

Based in Dublin, Ireland, this hybrid 12-month fixed-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams to deliver a customer-focused, proactive, and innovative HR partnering service that truly supports the business.

 

This role is designed for a HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while thinking strategically. Working within Irish, European, and employment law frameworks, the HR Business Partner helps shape engaging employee experiences, supports organisational change, and partners with the business to drive performance, capability, and a culture where people can do their best work.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Partnering with Leaders: Collaborate with people managers across designated business areas to support the delivery of operational plans, translating business priorities into practical and people-focused HR solutions that drive results.
  • Supporting Organisational Change: Work closely with the HR Director to help design and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring change is implemented thoughtfully, communicated clearly, and aligned with both business needs and employee experience.
  • Coaching for Great Leadership: Coach and challenge managers and teams to embed consistent leadership behaviours, building capability, confidence, and accountability while reinforcing the company’s values and ways of working.
  • Providing Expert HR Advice: Act as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, offering guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, best practice, and employment legislation, supported by sound data analysis and insight.
  • Delivering Core HR Programmes: Support designated business areas with the rollout of centrally led HR initiatives such as Talent Management, Performance Management Processes (PMP), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), reward and recognition, career and succession planning, and annual salary review processes.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience working as an HR professional in a customer-focused, commercially driven HR partnering role
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working towards one) preferred
  • Experience supporting teams and leaders through organisational change
  • Strong working knowledge of domestic employment law and HR best practice, with confidence advising and influencing people managers
  • High level of PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
