Title:  Field Sales Executive - Ireland FTC 12 months

Then we’d love you to consider being a part of Kellanova.  The role of a Field Sales Executive (FTC 12 months) is pivotal in driving growth and expansion for the business, you will drive sales, new ranges and promotions within our broad product portfolio working and looking after our major retailers in Ireland.

Your role in the Irish Field Sales Team will be retail based, with a high level of need for travel as you will spend your time out with customers in store. You will make a difference in this role from day one, while giving the tools and knowledge to grow in this role.

As a true global leader you will be working and representing some of the most iconic brands in the world including Pringles and our cereal brands. This role will give you the opportunity to shape customer buying and an opportunity to really push yourself personally and professionally.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own designated regional territory - you will be dealing with a variety of customers across our Retail sector (Dunnes Stores, Tesco, Supervalu) working closely with our sales support team to grow and drive profitable sales for Kellanova.
• Journey Plan - maintain regular calls to retail outlets in accordance with the current journey schedule.
• Building relationships- build strong relationships with new and existing customers within our Retail sector while focusing on distribution and visibility of Kellanova brands.
• Delivering a great experience to your customers- This is a fast-paced role, where your passion and commitment to delivering a great experience to your customers, ensuring you have the correct range on shelf at the correct price for our brands across your territory.
• Introducing New Products – gaining space for new products in all accounts when available.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A strong track record of delivering outstanding results and customer service.
• Able to build & develop strong relationships within the business, team and with the relevant customer.
• Self- motivation, with the ability to work autonomously use your time effectively
• Be able to plan accordingly, organized, structured, use your time effectively.
• Confidence talking to people with good commercial acumen.
