Title:  European RGM Manager

Description: 

The RGM Manager role at Kellanova is a high‑impact, hybrid position based in Dublin, Ireland, sitting at the heart of how the business drives sustainable, profitable growth across Europe. This role brings together strategy, insight, and influence, with key responsibilities focused on shaping the Revenue Growth Management agenda, embedding a strong RGM mindset, and ensuring the right commercial decisions are made at pace and with confidence.

 

This is a role for someone who thrives on inspiring and influencing colleagues across functions and geographies to provoke action and unlock growth for Kellanova and beyond. The RGM Manager will own and drive a five‑year strategy for the Cereal brands portfolio, while also playing a critical role in building RGM and broader commercial capability across the business, leaving a lasting legacy well beyond individual projects.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Building powerful cross‑functional partnerships: Develop trusted relationships across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Category, and Insights teams to bring the RGM plan to life, ensuring alignment, momentum, and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Embedding an RGM mindset across the business: Act as a passionate advocate for Revenue Growth Management, inspiring colleagues at all levels to think differently about value creation and supporting the ongoing build of RGM capability through coaching, collaboration, and influence.
  • Turning insight into real business impact: Ensure the right commercial decisions are made by leveraging insights, analytics, and performance data, translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations that drive both top‑ and bottom‑line results.
  • Driving strategic initiatives with purpose: Lead the RGM agenda for key strategic projects such as Renovation and Sustainability, ensuring commercial choices support long‑term brand health, value delivery, and responsible growth.
  • Elevating visibility and decision‑making: Step‑change the quality and clarity of performance reporting, maintaining a strong pulse on in‑year internal and external performance to support agile decision‑making and course correction where needed

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Strong FMCG commercial experience is essential, with proven experience of managing or working on a P&L
  • Experience working within a commercially focused, cross‑functional team environment
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and simplify complexity
  • Experience in Revenue Management, ideally including OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel)
  • A strategic, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge, collaborate, and drive change at pace
