As a Commercial Operations Manager, this exciting hybrid opportunity based in Dublin, Ireland places the successful candidate at the heart of the High Growth Markets (HGM) region, driving the connection between commercial strategy and flawless execution.
With a broad European remit, the Commercial Operations Manager acts as a trusted partner to market teams and central functions alike. Success comes from combining commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management, creating a seamless link between strategy and execution while ensuring local market needs are reflected in regional plans.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract in a role where from the start you can really make difference to our business.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting Markets to Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the High Growth Markets region, gathering market insights, feedback, and commercial intelligence.
- Driving Perfect Execution: Act as the critical link between strategic planning and in-market execution, ensuring commercial initiatives are delivered effectively across the HGM region.
- Supporting the Annual Business Cycle: Enable and coordinate market participation in key planning processes, business reviews, and strategic meetings throughout the year.
- Enhancing Reporting and Performance Visibility: Design, develop, and maintain impactful reporting tools and performance dashboards that support Commercial Operations accountabilities.
- Creating End-to-End Commercial Alignment: Champion the development of integrated commercial plans that reflect the needs of every market across the HGM region.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Commercial acumen gained through Sales/RGM or Buying experience
- A good understanding and experience of distributor model is an advantage
- The ability to build and influence a wide internal stakeholder network
- A results focused and execution first mindset
