Title: Digital Shelf & Content Executive

As the European eCommerce Digital Shelf & Content Executive, you will have end-to-end responsibility for digital shelf content (from design to execution), data flow, and stakeholder collaboration across all of our European markets. You will play a key role in accelerating our Kellogg’s brands online visibility and shopper engagement by partnering cross-functionally with our markets, brands, and tech teams to design and execute digital content. As Kellogg’s eCommerce operations continue to develop globally, the Digital Shelf & Content Executive will be pivotal to transforming our existing processes to best-in-class!
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- E2E eCommerce Content Management:
- Planning: You will stay fully informed of all brand and market activation plans, maintain eCommerce content development timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Design: You will partner with brand and markets to design/improve best in class digital content and retail media assets.
- Creation: You will be responsible for the creation & testing of all eCommerce content (Images, retail media & PDP copy) and managing designers and agency partners.
- You will ensure that all written content is optimized for SEO and consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Storage & Syndication: You will ensure all content is stored centrally and available for syndication on time, through relevant tech platforms (PIM, DAM, Salsify etc.)
- Process: You will ensure that all steps in the content management lifecycle have a clear timeline which is tracked, all stakeholders are aware of what is expected from them by when, exceptions are identified and proactively managed, and that content is ready for deployment to standards, in full, and on time, for both digital shelf product content and retailer media assets.
- Deployment: You will support our in-market teams as they work to deploy content to their retailer partners across Omnichannel, Amazon & B2B.
- Digital Shelf Standards & Improvement Roadmap: You will help support the Digital Shelf & Content Lead to define the ‘Picture of Success’ for digital shelf content and support in rolling out digital shelf content improvement plans across the European markets to enhance Kellogg’s brand presence on retailer websites, build brand awareness and aid in conversion. You will help measure content effectiveness and develop digital shelf content capabilities & awareness in our markets.
- Digital Shelf Reviews & Testing: You will partner with our markets on testing emerging digital shelf capabilities and trends to continuously improve visibility, navigation, and conversion. You will support the markets to conduct reviews of digital shelf performance and review together opportunities for support. You will utilise bi-monthly calls and team connects to update on progress.
- Drive Transformation & Future Fit Capabilities: You will help support the Digital Shelf & Content Lead to trial and assess the use of content creation tools such as GRIP, AI generated PDP content as well as exploring opportunities to improve our syndication and storage process. You will support in the DAM migration and rollout and be the eCommerce point of contact.
We're Looking for Someone With
- 1-2 years’ experience in Digital marketing or eCommerce or brand management preferred. CPG experience preferred.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team and manage agency relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to shift priorities quickly and remain calm and focused under pressure; able to manage multiple projects/requests and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset and passion for digital marketing, eCommerce, consumer packaged goods.
- Hands on experience with product platforms e.g. GRIP, Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central and use of tools such as Adobe/Photoshop skills preferred.
