Title:  Category Executive - Secondment



Here at Kellanova we’re embarking on an exciting journey.  This is your opportunity to join the best!   We are currently looking for a Category Executive on a 12-month FTC to join our energetic Commercial team based in Dublin, Ireland. In this role you will be responsible for regular category analysis, identifying new opportunities and supporting category interventions to drive growth for Kellanova. This role will truly give you the opportunity to make a difference within our business where you will be working on data and information which covers all our Irish retailers and even more excitingly, across all our brands including Pringles, Cornflakes, and square bars!  The role has become available because the current candidate in this role has progressed into a permanent position.


As we understand the importance of work/life balance, this role will offer hybrid working, which will include 2 days from our vibrant European Dublin Head Office. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Reports – Responsible for updating, analysing, and maintaining data and information within Excel.
  • Performance – Responsible for reviewing performance within the business to help drive future growth.
  • Working Cross-Functionally - Work cross-functionally with the RGM team, marketing, and commercial teams to champion ideas.
  • Product Portfolio - Manage the product portfolio with the Field Sales Team and Customers.
  • Voice Of the Customer - Be the voice of the customer and channel internally to ensure Kellanova strategies are delivering what is needed to win at point of purchase.

We’re Looking for Someone With


  • A level of Excel proficiency as well as PowerPoint (creating & presenting).
  • Experience using Nielsen, Kantar or similar software.
  • A specific interest in Category Management.
  • Previous FMCG retail experience within Field Sales and/or Head Office.
