Title:  Commercial Finance Manager

Kellanova is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager – Cereal to join its Dublin, Ireland team in a hybrid capacity on a 12-month fixed-term contract.  As part of a leading global food company with a strong heritage in cereals and a high-performance culture, this role partners across marketing, category, and sales to bring sharp, data-driven financial insight to everyday decisions.

The remit is pivotal: shape the three-year European cereal category strategy and build a clear financial framework aligned to the Cereal Business Unit’s commercial and marketing priorities—connecting planning, performance, and price realization so teams can move faster and smarter together.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

· Target Setting & FP&A Partnership: Collaborate with FP&A to translate strategy into targets across budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks, ensuring the 3-Year Planning Process ties to category drivers, market dynamics, and P&L outcomes.

· Price Realisation Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Revenue Growth Management to design pack-price architecture, promotional guardrails, and price execution that unlocks net revenue while protecting brand equity across channels.

· Financial Assessment & Business Partnering: Provide robust assessment of cluster performance and business cases; partner cross-functionally to build category strategies aligned to regional objectives, surfacing risks, opportunities, and clear recommendations.

· Investment Appraisal: Evaluate alternative investment options using short- and mid-term ROI, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis to guide “go/no-go” decisions and resource allocation.

· Competitive Analysis: Strongly contribute to competitive and market analysis, connecting insights to pricing, mix, and trade investment actions that strengthen margin and share.

We’re Looking for Someone With

· A qualified university degree in Finance and/or a recognized accountancy qualification

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and advanced Excel

· Strong influencing skills, analytical rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.

· Proven commercial finance or FP&A experience within FMCG or a complex, fast-paced environment, including business partnering and stakeholder management.
