Title:  Senior Sales Representative

Description: 

If you are passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving sales success, come join our Sales team as a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you'll analyze market trends and customer needs to develop actionable plans that maximize sales. Your ability to forge strong relationships with customers, Distributors, and Wholesalers will be key to negotiating effective commercial strategies. Additionally, you will ensure flawless execution at points of sale within your assigned territory, aligned with our commercial plan.

 

These roles are located in Guatemala. We currently have two openings for this position!

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to increase product rotation at the point of sale by visiting customer premises and providing commercial feedback.
  • Sales Bargaining and Goal Achievement: Trade volume sales of all categories with each client, monitoring compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory and conducting business reviews to strengthen relationships.
  • Point of Sale Implementation: Ensure the implementation of the business plan across territory points of sale, monitor progress of demand-generating activities through generated reports, and foster strong relationships with managers to boost category participation.
  • Leadership: Align priorities and initiatives with the merchandiser agency and identify development opportunities for external merchandisers to promote their training programs.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of business experience in Sales and working with Distributors.
  • Specific Experience Managing Commercial Teams.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS Distributors and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
  • Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
  • Intermediate English
