Title:  Revenue Management Analyst


If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as a Revenue Management Analyst. You’ll support Revenue Management Team in the implementation of Commercial initiatives for achieving additional revenue by coordinating and influencing in each one of the 5 revenue management pillars: Promotional Strategy, Mix Management, Price Strategy, Trade Architecture and Innovation and Assortment. This hybrid role is located in Guatemala City site with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week/3 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Creating dashboard and analysis of key information: Create and update tools that enable consistent and accurate decisions on pricing, promotional strategy, mix management, trade architecture, and innovation / assortment.
  • Leading strategic presentations and tendencies: Follow-up and analysis of key indicators of the category and Kellanova in order to help the implementation of the commercial strategy. Follow-up and Tracking of Price Strategy across markets.
  • Multifunctional projects: Work closely with Customer development and cross-functional teams to implement RGM initiatives. Provides Tracking of the Revenue Management Initiatives. Develop Promotion analytics and share guidelines on improvement of promo calendar.
  • Support Price Realization agenda: through the generation of insights taking into consideration competition Price strategy, Brand elasticities, Price thresholds, market performance and Kellogg Brand performance.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g. engineering, finance, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge.
  • Ideally with experience in Revenue Management / marketing / sales / finance.
  • 1-2  years of  experience.
  • Analytical skills: must be able to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as to determine basic. analyses required to support the regions in their pricing decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access / Power BI, and PowerPoint required, Nielsen is preferred as well.
