Title:  Maintenance Supervisor

Description: 

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our Cincinnati, OH facility. Your focus will be on optimizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and enhancing safety protocols. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled mechanics and electricians as you execute preventative maintenance and perform breakdown repairs. This role will start on day shift, with potential to move to a different shift over time in order to ensure the smoothest operation!  

 

You will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership across the site including Maintenance and Operations Managers as you work on implementing new ways to make our equipment run even better. You will report into the Maintenance Manager and have career growth potential in that direction or the route of Maintenance Planners or schedulers. Excited about this opportunity? We are too!

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Set the Pace -Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
  • Strategize to Win -Directing, training, and developing maintenance team members for assigned area/shift.
  • Drive Efficiency and Impact Results -Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals.  Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues.
  • Take a New Angle -Identifying, implementing, and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices to foster a continuous improvement mindset across the site.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • High School Diploma or GED with related work experience
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $70,720 - $92,820 , which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
