Title:  Senior Manager Omni Commerce Shopper Marketing

Description:

To win in the new normal, we need your Omni approach and capabilities to drive conversion while elevating our customer relationship. In your role as the Senior Manager of Omni Commercial for Kellanova’s Walmart team, you drive conversion by delivering compelling, seamless and rich experiences at the moment-of-purchase (both digital & physical). We’ll rely on your deep understanding of retailer media and in-store activation to create, sell, and execute an annual plan, prioritizing and optimizing investment across shopper touchpoints.  This is a remote based role, with location preferences in NY/NJ, AR and IL.  Candidates will be expected to travel to Arkansas.

 

You will collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category. This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Director, Omni Commercial Walmart Inc.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Business Planning- Drive alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category to ensure successful implementation of strategy and plan.
  • Analytics-Develop integrated plans, based on insight, driven by brand purpose, and aligned with sales, category, and customer priorities. Leverage data and technology to get deep understanding of shopper mindsets to enable business operation agility.
  • Collaboration-Partner with Digital Content team to provide retailer thought leadership, identify test and learn opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Insights-Deliver category growth for customers and consumer growth for Kellanova through full funnel omni solutions.
  • Business Strategy- Manage eComm business reviews and forecasting through partnership with performance management team. Improve ROI by reviewing results and recommendations and enhancing plans to deliver growth objectives efficiently.

 

We're Looking for Somone With 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Extensive Retailer Media, Shopper Marketing, or Ecommerce experience.
  • Significant retailer facing experience
  • Experience in developing marketing, sales, or communication strategy and plans  
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners while driving objective, fact-based solutions
  • Strong technology and communications knowledge with the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders in both formal and informal settings
