Title:  Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management

As a Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) in our North America RGM COE, you’ll be at the forefront of pricing strategy and analytics, helping shape the future of snacking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges and enjoys working across functions to deliver data-driven solutions.  This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with deep experience in CPG pricing and a strong foundation in econometrics and advanced analytics. If you enjoy developing analytics-driven RGM strategies, leveraging tools like R to build models, and turning customer insights into actionable strategies, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-visibility role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pricing Strategy - Lead the development of pricing and promotional strategies across channels, grounded in econometric modeling and predictive analytics. Leveraging these analytics along with brand fundamentals and competitive insights, you’ll be responsible for building a strategic pricing framework to drive profitable growth.
  • Analytics & Modeling - Build and refine statistical models using tools like R, Python, and Excel to support decision-making across pricing, pack architecture, and promotional effectiveness. You'll be responsible for translating complex methodologies into clear, actionable insights for business partners.
  • Insights Integration - Combine syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen), customer behavior, and macroeconomic trends to uncover growth opportunities. Your work will inform strategic choices by connecting data-driven insights with real-world market dynamics.
  • Collaboration & Influence - Partner with Category RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on strategy and execution. You'll present findings to senior leadership, influence decision-making, and help shape the long-term roadmap for Kellanova North America RGM pricing strategies.

Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in CPG pricing strategy and trade analytics
  • Proficiency in R/Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with IRI/Nielsen scanner data and syndicated data tools
  • Strong understanding of econometric concepts (e.g., price elasticity, regression modeling)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive presence
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $137,300 - $180,180, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
