Title:  Senior Executive Assistant

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will leverage your exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to support the General Manager and a segment of his Frozen leadership team for Eggo and Morningstar Farms.  Your passion for fostering relationships and achieving objectives will be essential to both your success and that of the team.  This exciting hybrid opportunity can be based in Chicago, IL area.

 

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and resilience, who confidently expresses ideas.  The ideal candidate is action-oriented, consistently driving projects forward.  High learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges are crucial for thriving in this role.  Your time management, planning, and eye for detail will ensure our leaders are driving the business forward. 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Coordinating and Organizing - Managing calendars current and years in advance, arranging domestic and international travel (obtaining international travel documentation), submitting expense reports, providing administrative budgets, and managing confidential materials.
  • Communication  Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to support internal customers and effectively engage with all levels of the organization through various communication channels.  
  • Areas of Expertise Assisting, creating, and editing executive level presentations and correspondenceScheduling on-site and off-site meetings, making sure all details are ordered and executed.  Agility to handle special assignments and ad-hoc tasks to support organizational goals.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • High School Diploma or experience supporting senior management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect on a professional level with internal and external customers
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, good judgment, interpersonal communications, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under deadlines, prioritizing projects that are sometimes conflicting 
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds across the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of expense reporting, human resource and accounts payable systems

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $69,520 - $91,245, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
