Title: Omni Insights and Analytics Manager
Lead the charge in transforming how we leverage data across omni-channel retail and retail media as an Omni Insights and Analytics Manager. Be at the forefront of enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing retail media investments. Manage the Kellanova Omni Performance System (KOPS), partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights that shape our go-to-market strategies. This position can be based out of Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL. Work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days and quarterly travel.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cross-Functional Analytics Engagement – Serve as the primary analytics liaison for PIQ and Retail teams, delivering insights and aligning on KPIs. Partner with the Promotions team to build measurement frameworks and deliver post-event performance insights. Serve as a thought partner, embedding analytics into omni-commerce strategy.
- Retail Media Strategy & Insights – Partner with internal and external teams to measure and optimize retail media performance across platforms like Walmart Connect, Roundel and Amazon Ads. Analyze campaign performance to uncover insights and inform future investment strategies. Stay current on retail media trends, platform capabilities, and industry benchmarks.
- Analytics Enablement – Led daily operations and improvements of the Kellanova Omni Performance System, ensuring data quality, access, and performance. Designed analytics tools (dashboards, scorecards) to support omni-channel execution and drive adoption. Delivered training and promoted best practices in data visualization and self-service analytics.
- Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with media, shopper marketing, and sales teams to integrate retail media into broader strategies.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
- Frequently demonstrated experience in analytics, data management, or business intelligence.
- Experience with retail or CPG data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, POS, loyalty, eComm).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with data governance, system administration, and agile project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $118,500 - $155,500, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
